At Al Mulla Engineering, Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE) are paramount priorities.  These pivotal standards are never compromised under any circumstances in our entire operation. As such, we are committed to zero accident, zero non-conformance, and zero environmental violations.  In line with our Operational Excellence, we conduct risk assessment of all tasks and operations prior to execution, as well as ensuring the implementation of risk assessment and relevant operation control procedure through strict HSE inspections and supervision throughout our operation.

Al Mulla Engineering adopts an HSE Management System that complies with international and local laws and regulations.  This system consists of HSE Policy, HSE System Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Operation Control Procedures (OCPs).

Al Mulla Engineering is certified by Bureau Veritas Kuwait for the Integrated Management System (IMS) “ISO 45001:2018-Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015-Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 9001:2015-Quality Management Systems”.

Al Mulla Engineering best HSE practices includes: IMS Surveillance Audit, HSE walk-through, periodically emergency evacuation mock drill, Motivation and Appreciation through various types of recognition schemes such as Best Near Miss Award, Best Employees of the Quarter Award, Best HSE Auditors Award, Best Project Award and others.

Al Mulla Engineering has HSE training programs and a dedicated professional HSE team that provides ongoing training to update all our employees regularly on the latest HSE standards and procedures, Hazards, risk and control measures.  Furthermore, Al Mulla Engineering conducts biannual internal audits by competent and qualified HSE auditors.
