The mall and executive suite HVAC system is located in one central plant room on level 7. The chillers are water-cooled rotary-screw glycol chillers with an energy storage system (ICE thermal energy storage) to fulfill peak hour thermal load requirements.
The retail shops and hotel areas are fully equipped with 912
FCUs, 327 AHUs, 55 MAHUs, and 2 HRU’s.
